What happens to burning characters after the event expires?

I'm new so I don't know what happens to characters created on burning after the even expires, and i created a burning character as my main. does anybody know if you can transfer them to another world without paying or what?

If you created characters on Burning world and the event finishes, your characters will be deleted if they aren't level 150+ and you're not going to transfer them to other worlds. You can't transfer to Reboot/Hyperion worlds

what happens if i do reach level 150? am i able to transfer them to a different world? (when i say world i'm talking about the servers, Scania, Bera, etc.)
