nah, extra line on 23* arcane wep would be competing against gene wep, i tapped for 23* after i liberated, seems nexon finally decided 2 be nice, altho, i wanted it 2 boom

if u boomed it, which, really doesn't happen, since it comes starred and scrolled, and doesn't let u sf it and stuff, but, if u did happen 2 lose it, supposedly u can redo the questline

if i were u, i wouldn't worry about the how long, but the dmg requirement, which, is either solo or have someone on the same quest do it for u with half dmg, which would mean they would need 2 be able 2 solo hlucid p3 in under 20 seconds
