usually when conveyor belt was full (it is connected to garage port) the pallet drop will drop item to pallet, but it seems not working in unstable branch and give me that warning

This belt to pallet thing got automated, it should have converted it but it looks like something went wrong in your case
Try sticking the lot of it in your inventory and rebuild it

i delete the conveyor belt, create it again

its actually not complicated and working well, not blocking the production and can increase/decrease couriers by saw the pallet

the only thing those 2 side belts give you is a spot for about ... 5 extra boxes
which you could now replace with 2 more pallets since you can just aim all pallets onto 1 single belt

i get what you're trying to say
you're pointing out the isse that happens in the manufacturing area where belts get blocked for printer/assembler output
but once the boxes have moved to this area, they're no longer in the way, all this area is is storage and pickup
so the best thing in this area is the most amount of storage space
to keep the boxes from backing up into the production area

it depends on the behaviour of the doubled up thing i guess? since the "stick on belt" thing used to be in an always stick on belt state, whereas this new thing is now sharing the stick on belt and dump on pallet
it wouldn't let the belt block because it would switch states to pick it up from the belt

sometimes scaling down is needed right, if its to make newbie life better and can bring more player, its ok i think

this is fixed in the next update. The pallets didn't properly check the status of garage ports and helipads directly after their conveyor connection
