Do you want it specifically just Dark Web? and then different types of dark web sites like how games have rpg and adventure and whatnot? or. im trying to think of how this could be done. could make it just simply as a software youd design like designing a website but for dark web stuff specifically? or i could just make it a webset you design and like yoshikuro said just make lvl 3 features be dark web related and risk getting caught, sued, whatever but gives a huge bonus to something maybe?

well its more or less what youre looking for in terms of structure
You have the category (i.e. games, operating system, antivirus, etc), the subcategory (rpg, adventure, computer os, console os, etc), and then you have all the features that you check off when making the software so 1 star, 2 star, and 3 star features.
do you want it to be dark web category and like for sub category you can make like a Drugs site, Scam Site, etc?
and then features can just be whatever the hell. or do you want it to just be one think, a dark-web website, and then the features are different types of "pages" that would be on the site
if the latter, we could do more or less not as risky/bad sites like scam sites or something for t1/t2 featues and then t3 can be like Weapons Distribution, or whatever else is really bad and that will run the risk of getting caught and sued or something
