There is an in-game tutorial that covers quite a bit, it will introduce the features to you as you play/click windows/unlock things.

the start of solo office / more founders (more founders makes it easier, but you have to buy them out later), --> contracts --> software with printing and funding --> directly a sequel of that release and keep iterating until it starts selling good. Then you can expand the team with better designers and programmers and such, move office, etc etc.

But I totally agree that the biggest issue with the game is no real introduction to it.
