#A computer is getting slow - But IT Does not show up?

Hello 🙂

I have tried searching on Google + Discord, no answers found 😦

I am getting this message of "A computer is getting slow" and tells me I can order IT Support to come and fix it
I tried ordering IT Support several times, but does not seem to appear (the floor cleaning came as expected - also a single request order)

PC Is still broken - what am I doing wrong since they do not show up, fix my stuff and request disappears afterwards? (As if they have handled it)

2 People, 2 PCs - Garage
(1 dev + 1 Service)

(Note: This is my first run so please explain to me like I am five) 🙏

Seems I figured the reason - Can someone confirm? 🤔

Can it be that the PC were in use and therefore no one came to fix it?
I tried ordering IT Support at 17:00 for when office were clear - and I saw IT Support come and fix, and notification stopped showing regarding "A compuer is getting slow"

They should come in but as long as they can't work, they will sit outside on the bench or any other available chair until there is work. And yes as long someone is occupying a computer, IT cannot go and fix it. Best you call them at the end of a work day.

No clue - I am doing my first run 😅
And works since I started doing it outside working hours

just to confirm, are the computers up to date, i.e. are you using the most recently unlocked computers?

Yes they were it was Pre 1985 (Still haven't unlocked the 1985) - paused game to make some manufactoring etc.

ah, weird, IT should wait around until the computers become available, unless they are very broken, then they should force the user away to fix it
