Please do something so that 2 players can play dungeons and arenas.

Fist - easy for 2 players
Hive - can be done with 2 players
Blade - not any issue with 2 players
BoF - too easy for 2 players
Bronze - too easy for 2 players
Silver - can be done without any issues
Gold - quite tough for 2, but manageable.

And I don't think anyone should have issues with 2 players squad (if 3rd player is not available) for dungeons and arenas.

You can make it an option.
And make the match based on fame, not on level. A lvl 27 with 500k is not the same as a lvl 27 with 200M…

Meelee resistance ( as much as possible)
And the machine gun ammo!

Aha. Cerberus mine favourite too.
