If I were a real hacker and was banned for just 1 week, that would be one mistake after another for you guys. Because for a hacker, the ban must be permanent to be worthy

Apparantly for some people the loot is good but I do agree with you the loot quality has gone very bad now from what it used to be. It's sad to see the game in such a sorry state.

good stuff not depend on rarity but also on perks. some people are lucky but it can take more than 20 run of a dungeon to drop a specific item
it’s all about probability, there is not assurance of a specific drop at its ok since this game has been designed to be a looter shooter
i’m sorry that you still have to drop something you want but the only way, if the droprate is not broken, is to run as many run as possible in the lower time possible, using luck of the devil for boosting possibilities or in the other hand run an high damage build to decrease the time of a single run and optimize your hunt

The loot quality has indeed become very bad the amount of work to be done specially in gold arena makes the hard work all worthless by getting trash epic loot not even one legendary that's just sad

Yeah and I don't mind this in other dungeons or arena but it sucks when you waste all your time in gold arena only to find some shit loot at the end. With the servers going crazy the arena takes so long to complete and that's also a privilege to complete the gold arena without someone disconnecting or something like that happening

Umm Silver and hive is very easy the issue specifically is with gold arena countless times I have gone through worst and still got nothing worthwhile
But yes hive mind is very much bugged we often see some bugs but gold arena should be the priority for now

Hey there, I was not here for the last four days, but have been talking to the team and we deployed a fix just now for hopefully most of these issues
As for the loot drop rates, etc.. these kinds of things do take longer to discuss/calculate/ eventually maybe implement. I can not promise instant fixes for things like that.
