50% of the time, it happens. Try to get the most fames rewards like 7500 with 50% ad bonus. After that, just close the game and log back into the fame. Notice either any changes to fame.

7500 fame reward mission = complete 5 dungeon or arena

• Which server you played on/experienced the issue?
• Did you disconnect and rejoin the same session once before the bug happened to you?
• Did any other player in the team disconnect during the session?

They tried multiple graphic settings on both platforms as well with your profile and unfortunately they couldn't reproduce it and didn't come across such issue of not being able to go back to HUB.
Please record a video next time you experience the same issue so they could have a better look at it.
