I really love the concept of the Real OPS, but communication is terrible.. You almost have to turn everything on (Twitch, TruckersFM, live map, Discord) to find out where something is. Drove around for hours and had only 1 traffic jam in Brussel.

How’d you go 😅 - I made it to about the first hour and a bit and then went to bed

would've loved to have been there for the whole event, but it's kinda hard waking up at 5 AM in the morning for an event. The same can be said for most that live on the west coast of North America. It'd be nice if the event started a little later to make it easier on the playerbase in said region.
I get starting at a time like 2000 UTC approx. would be exceedingly unrealistic, but maybe a couple hours later than this year's start time would be nice.

I literally ruined it for me because I nearly stayed up until 6 and would only get about 4 hours of sleep by sleeping until 10 which is when it starts and then being little ol' me I woke up at 10 and literally went back to bed... And then woke up at about afternoon and then that's when it ended and I didn't get enough sleep for the event anyways so I guess I'll try again next year... (I guess.)

hey, at the mentioned time, there will be a separate convoy server in the TMP server list when you open up ETS2MP, join that and get your personal truck (recommended) with a trailer, to whatever departure point they have mentioned

If you're talking about Grossglockner road, once you drive through it at least a few times in game already, it should be easy. One thing you should keep in mind that there are small bollards on the edge of the road in some corners.
