*Event Rules for Participants'

Participants must follow Event Staff instructions.
Participants should park at their designated slots, which is any non-collision company in Tirana.
Participants must only leave the starting location when instructed to do so in an orderly (one by one) manner.
Participants must haul a trailer during the convoy.
Double trailers, Triple trailers, HCT trailers and Heavy Haul configurations are prohibited.
Cars including alternating vehicles are prohibited except for TruckersMP Event Staff assisting with the event.
Buses are prohibited.
Overtaking is strictly prohibited.
Free roaming on the server is prohibited.
All other TruckersMP rules apply.

Basically you just need a working truck and a trailer, cargo is optional unless the event states it.

As empty trailers just make the truck more like a sports car

All you are doing anyway is following other people, no overtaking is allowed and there are set speeds along the route anyway so taking no cargo or heavier doesn't really make much difference, unless it is the 61 ton locomotive. Most take reefers or covered trailers to show off liveries better.

A convoy is a fleet,group of many trucks driving together at a specific time with the same destination,goal in mind, bare in mind a convoy has rules and order which will all be announced before the "convoy" starts.

Hi , my partner made a company on VTC and I am apart of it, We both said that the company will be joining on Saturdays event, We are a little confused on whos trucks we drive. Do i need to be driving one of his owned trucks as he is the company owner or can I drive my own Truck i own? thanks

The game doesn't allow shared trucks between players whatsoever.

So the trucks driven will always be owned by your own in-game company, which you made by setting up the profile.

Besides that. There is no rules about which truck you should drive in the convoy. It can be paintjobs wise, which your company have decided or any other paintjobs. Nothing is limited there.
