hard to explain but ill try, i suppose its like this: so they might have booked a server aside the ones they use normal and they gave the servers manager a timezone to stay in and paid (usually works like this) after the end of the timezone the servers manager can book it to other people and so on, they could have sked to extend the contract and paid more but if the server is booked just after it cant be done. this is only how i suppose it went tho it can variate in many ways, for example server lag and server overwork and stuff like this

Thank you for the Halloween Event, it was a good experience. It was just a shame about the starting city insane player count and lag though.

The queue system was waaaay too long compared to what it could have been to optimise - let players spawn in at two/three cities and then let them merge on the motorway heading towards the event

Indeed the starting area was not great. It has been noted for future reference.

This is the first time we ran a Halloween event as an experience rather than a convoy so we expected some points to pop up for future improvement

One idea for future events of the sort; Give people an idea of how long the event will last and the driving time involved - or put down more fuel stations. Bunch of people were having fuel issues and they had no idea how long they would be driving for

That one is a hard one to be honest. We can give a rough guide for how long the experience would be, but we cant really advise how long the queue would be to start it.

Okay, I will make a note and bring it up with the others. Indeed a lot of the route is made specifically for the event, so even if you know the ending it technically would not ruin the event as such.

maybe include something along the lines of "fuel oppourtunities will be provided" or something like that so people know if they should bring a big fueltank or if they can bring loads of axles

I refueled just before the "forest" part - thats where i got the warning
