The point really is just that there is withhin given boundaries a few random events taking place. These events are similar to real life events. And you can just drive around in that area and randomly find these events. You don't know how many there are, where they are and what type of events these are, this is what makes it special

There is no starting point. You just join the server in any city that is inside of that planned area and when you are allowed to drive off you can just randomly drive around wherever you want to go. And somewhere in this planned area you will find random events. some of them being static and some of them being dynamic.

The best thing I had to do was move away for a firetruck and that was it. A police chase started infront of me so that was meh and there were like 5 times that I had to move to the side.
