200+ people waiting in line for over an hour, no idea why, really.

Most likely lack of admins around the area where I was at so people just kept blocking everyone, and made a chaos.

Luckily I managed to cut a guy off that was afk and got to get off the slow lane, and at least experience 30 mins of the convoy before eventually crashing.

I am a bit sorry that the route from 2 years ago has been used, with some extra elements added. After the first few turns, the experience of 2 years ago came back and I literally knew when a scare was coming.
And the convoy launch was quite interesting, as while they let the players out at the outside assembly point, the people in town knew nothing about it, and many didn't understand why we weren't going.

First of all, a compliment for organizing this event. What Truckersmp has put together is amazing. Only I do have feedback. Just like last year, some groups had to wait a long time, up to 120 minutes or even more. That can be done much better and shorter. The admin and game moderators who were in the game to guide the start did very poorly in my opinion. Next time there should be much more clarity about how things are started. In addition, they held back too much and the flow was extremely poor.
