The more involved answer is if you're speeding in a place with a lot of people and cause a crash because you're either going too fast or lose control of the truck, you're screwed.

If you wanna run at 110kmh on the motorways, that's fine. I usually run 80 and have dudes passing me all the time.

If you're in duisburg though. Follow all the traffic signals and such (and as much as it'll p*ss the children off) kill your speed to 30kmh tops or something, it'll give you time to react and any crashes will probably be someone elses fault.
