However be careful not to run red lights when around other people around because you aren't forced by your settings to stop at them and cause an accident to lead to a ban.

Just follow the rules, don't over take where you are not supposed to. If you find anyone blocking a road just type /disconnect in the chat, drive past the area, pull over to a safe place and quit to launchpad to reload faster than quiting out.
