Well for ATs its obviously ATSMP instead of ETS2MP
If none of those folders exists then you should consider installing TMP
Otherwise Install those mods for Singelplayer in documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod and put them in the mod order Addons first then frosty main mod

It's not really up to us to dictate where an external modder hosts their files, neither can we redistribute them ourselves. They do provide other options too to download the pack as a whole.

If you'd care about the community even a slightest, you'd avoid such risks all together imo. It's a liability issue in the end, since your website directly directs into the sketchy websites.
