Any mod out there on the steam workshop or either a local mod, for example, Google Drive, Trucky or anywhere else.

As long as it says that it does work with TMP, then it should work with TMP.
I make mods for ATS most of them usually work with TMP, so I have experience with things like save editing and whatnot.

I gave my Peterbilt 389 the W900 C15 625, don't know why but I did, it works, also the trailers I am pulling are my own save edited trailers, and yes I have created them into mods, their available on the steam workshop.

you have to do everything in single player, then you can carry over to TMP, if it only modifies things from trailer configurations to custom truck in dealerships, or anything else, it will work with TMP, however some things may not such as editing fuel tank size on tank file, I've tried that, sadly it didn't work.

As long as it defaults a SCS part from a different truck or trailer it will work with TMP

I'd advise you to join at the start of the convoy as it would be easier for you. Otherwise, some sections of the road maybe blocked off due to which joining in the middle could be a hassle.
