Keystores aren't suggested. You could buy a game from there, play for couple days and just lose access to the game and not get your money back. Steam has currently a sale and there are even DLC packs for the game available in steam

ah the Legendary Edition released in 2016 and has been discontinued since. it doesnt include everything anyway. it has the following: Scandinavia, Going East, High Power Cargo, Viking Legends, ETS (1), Bus Driver Scania Truck game, LKW-Rangier and several paint jobs
