what i can tell you chili is that you do need a pretty good pc to use VR

the requirements for VR will only get more demanding

i have the HP reverb G2 and the minimum GPU for that VR headset is the 1080 ti

oh and chili before you buy a VR headset i would see if you know anyone that already has one that you can try out cause i've heard of people getting motion sickness from them

Displayport, from 144Hz maximum of this display to 150 max

meanwhile this one can go up to 144Hz over DVI-D, but since this graphics card doesn't have it anymore, I could only use HDMI. Not G-Sync Compatible then, so I got from 60Hz up to 85Hz, that's pretty solid I guess. Although, I already saw older 60Hz full HD monitors which can literally go up to 120Hz (no G-Sync and not rated for that refresh rate)

I've extended my wheel with a LCD Screen behind the actual wheel.

I've done that with an Arduino Uno R3 and the Display is connected over the I2C stuff
The Software behind that, which sends the data from game to the arduino is Simhub ^^
I've made the overlay myself, thus it looks a bit weird, but hey, I'm weird myself

ETS2 and OMSI2 have already an overlay, next one is BeamNG :3

Yeah, with hot glue and behind a bit of doubled paper so it hold back

so is the arduino glued to the wheelbase as well, used the shortest cables I had and just two usb's are going into the PC

however, I extended the screen again with some other infos like current cargo (source, destination, cargo), music (artist, track), truck info (license plate, odometer, fuel, brand, model) and the main screen (pictures) - made additional OMSI2 and BeamNG compatible as well

just need to swap out the 2.0 ports with 3.0 ports, get a FireWire to USB adapter and I would also have friggin FireWire in my PC

Everything is working like a charm now, all with the free version of their "Reflect" program.

Cloned the entire hard drive, the program automatically saved the size of the EFI/Recovery partitions and made the Windows partition just smaller, now I have successfully finished the PC.

Way in the Windows XP era, our school had beamers and PCs in every classroom, also the first to introduce Whiteboards, but sadly only a few things had been done ever since, so we're stuck behind. We have Gigabit Internet though, but now those old poorly configured Switches and servers come into place, throtteling everything down.

Is there a way to disable updates on win10? Use it as a server and just was watching my show over it (Plex.tv) and Windows just decided to update itself and I was wondering why it went loading...
Or can I just pause updates and have to re-do that all the time?

There's a way to turn off automatic reboots using GPOs. But you need to have the Pro version and above to be able to use GPOs.
You can do it by following the following Superuser answer https://superuser.com/a/963933. From this answer the Configure Automatic Updates GPO part is the important part. NOTE: You need to set it to option "4 = Automatically download updates and schedule the install", see screenshot.
Then enable the "No auto-restart with logged on users for scheduled automatic updates installation" policy.

i've currently got 188 tabs open (45-50 active) and each time Chrome hits around 6gb usage (32gb system total), it starts to "put tabs to sleep" until it gets to around 3-3.5gb usage as seen here
