I imagine it was that which was causing it to be way too slippery. Putting it to 0.1 was basically setting your tyre to have almost 0 resistance with road so it would be like driving on ice with ice wheels

It helped but still pretty slippery (no control)

And then do lateral_slip_factor to -0.7

you cant change colour of bullbar without local mods/mods most are just chrome there are like 2 ish bullbars that are paintable they work best with volvo if you do save edit one of the 2 bullbars the bullbar UV map wont be for that truck so paint jobs will look strange unless its all one colour

You'd need Paint, Photoshop, Gimp, anything like that to make the livery, then use either Mod Studio 2 or... Some other program to make it into a mod, dunno how to local mod because I never learned so someone else will have to take you over the line on that one.

Once you have a single player mod. You put it into blender attach it to an addon hookup point. For cab or chs or rear bumper of trailer for trailer skin and you export it then convert it using scs conversion tools blender plugin. Then you edit the tobj and mat files (or use project:alm to do it for you. Then install it into your save file bus_job_log

You need to take a job that gives you livestock trailer. Then save edit it so its an owned trailer. Then attach a dolly and then add a second livestock

All done through save editing. If it doesnt work you might be able to get a hct flatbed and put the livestock body on the flatbed chasis

Theres a few trailers that dont officially have a hook for dolly but still work with dolly

I just cant remember if livestock is one of them but if it isnt then should be able to use a hct flatbed and put the livestock body code onto a flatbed

You basically just create the skin from a template you can find on google or in the MS2 discord in either paint, gimp, Photoshop or just about any other editing platform then whack it into MS2 and create your mod from there. Obviously there's some bits I'm missing out, but that's the general rundown.

easiest way to move them would be with a single player mod or save editing

since you can only teleport in sp i'm guessing you tried with free cam, but instead i'd recommend just a mod

I do it in single player with zero camera, then when I enter truckersmp, it says content change has been detected in the game and it gets corrupted.

changing from sp to tmp i believe resets the position of your truck and trailer, so it loads into/near the garage in which it was stored

since most mods are made to be used as idk... addon parts mean those models itself are position to be in that exact slot. You would need to adjust it to the certain addon_hookup slot to make it work for TMP

Honestly? I'd just advise using Mod Studio 2, it's far easier to wrap your head around. I think I had these issues when I tried to use it, either I got past it and don't remember how or never did and went back to the easier choice.

You'll be better off using 1:1 maps like Pomezania, Paris Suburbs or Grand Utopia, they all simulate time 1:1 as well.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a bit of help regarding replicating my IRL truck skin in ETS2, I drive a Renault T480 and haul palletised goods in curtain sided single and double deck trailers, I'd love to have my company designs in ETS2 so I can hand over potential modification designs over to my boss as he's got some left-over cash to spend on upgrading these trucks (I asked if we could upgrade to Scania but they're out of budget lmao), is there anyone here who might be willing to spend 5-10 minutes making this possible for me please? Sorry to say but that lowboy can get you banned. Special Transport accessories (except beacons) are banned under 5.1. I think you're getting away with it because that trailer looks similar to the regular one.

SCS added the Special Transport trailers (not cargo) to the base game, allowing everyone to see them. For a time they were allowed in TMP, but we can't have nice things.

The rear does kick out more, but that's my problem to face. If I kick into traffic then I can get banned for improper driving. If you can't handle the combination don't use it. Problem is I'll get banned just sitting at the garage because it's clearly a special transport trailer.

That is a standard lowbed trailer purchasable from the trailer market stock game. Fun fact: That model trailer can not be expanded, SCS didn't do an expanded model for it. The 2 axle front, 4 axle rear lowbed is only used in Special Transport and is not purchasable by default, though its model exists in the base.scs
edit: You correct though, you get kicked for using the 10 axle special transport, tested in italy. TMP sure aren't very good at following their own rules.

The configuration "B-double" uses part of the front trailer for 5th wheel coupling to attach a full size trailer at the back. Because of that the front trailer will have less available volume for cargo. B-double trailer will always have front trailer smaller than the rear. To get both trailers the same shape and size you gotta connect them another way, like via dolly in HCT combination. So if you want both trailers same size in TMP HCT is your only option.

no, you can only replicate each accessory once, and the limit on accessories is 50 per trailer and 100 per truck

Where u can Input an HEX or RGB color and it outout u scs code that u can put in the savefile, its not like the one i got in the savefile but it worked and the colors are correct.
