now even at -0.1 I don't really feel a difference when braking as I already have braking intensity pretty low

Pretty much nothing, I don't think there's a mod out there for the DeLorean as a driveable. You'll have to settle for seeing it in traffic I'm afraid.

2 ways

You could buy another trailer that uses a dolly then copy the dolly code to your trailer code and use that dolly as a slave trailer to your dryliner, then copy your dryliner trailer codes and change the accessory numbers so they dont conflict then use that second dryliner as a slave to the dolly which is a slave to the original dryliner

Or you could buy a hct scs box trailer then switch out the chasis and box and data code for the equal version of it from your dryliner code

Remembering to change the accessory codes to avoid a conflict

Well in convoy you can use single player mods as long as your friend also has those mods

But in truckersmp we use a special kind of mod called “local mod” which is where the mod is only installed on your computer and it requires you to place some code inside of your save file

And with local mods, only you can see them nobody else

so i can like get a super cool truck and mods on it and only i will see it and noone else

is there like a video or something that shows how to do that cuz i got no clue tbh

also if anyone got a site that has super dope looking trucks please send it 😄

As you use a truck the parts will edit the wear code as you use it. So not having the code is fine because when it does get wear the code will think oh. Theres no wear code there. Let me add it

All you need to do is copy code and paste. The game sorts it out most of the time if its missing something like refund or wear

Refund: 0

The def file is the first file you should've downloaded, it comes separately from the all in one or the multiple downloads if you get it free. Just go back to the install page and step 1 is generating your def file.

To swap the wheels you need to swap the hub, nuts, disc, tyre

Only swapping 1 prt will break the wheel

Why yes it does, but both have different issues. In singleplayer more mods are available, so load order is more of an issue as well as mod conflict, whereas in TMP more often than not people just put it in the wrong folder, don't have the right version or just forget to restart the game (somehow).

reason i ask is because i recently attempted to update a mod i put onto the steam workshop and for whatever reason the scs uploader doesn't recognize two tobj files, saying both are unsupported (0) and upon checking both tobj files they are indeed the correct version as in not 00 but 01.
now having worked on computers for many years i do know a bit about binary though this is somewhat confusing me.

i have attempted to use a different tobj file for each and changed the path though this hadn't worked so i am at a loss.

I hope graphics mods like JBX and PNG get MP support at some point in the future... They're entirely optional, visual (doesn't affect other players in any way whatsoever), and any decrease in performance should be left up to the player, IMO.

Performance does impact other players.. it would cause the player to lag which can result in damage to cargo that other passing players carrying 🤷‍♂️ like ETS2 is a fairly old game.. i have core i3 3.0ghz, 16gb ddr3 and 3gb amd sapphire and in calais the pc turns into a nuclear reactor trying to deal with the 120 players in 1 city 🤷‍♂️

other than that a very vague way to tell you how to do it is;

• first of all you attach your HTC trailer -
  • make a quicksave -
  • open this quicksave -
  • go to my_trailer
  • search for the trailer by searching for the nameless part
  • paste the data.sii of the trailer with one of a normal trailer
    -> You should be able now to park that trailer in any garage you want as the game thinks that it is a normal trailer (so, don't paste it with a data.sii path from a HTC trailer)

an entire vehicle with interior and such? no... at least without bricking the game or triggering TMP's autokick

but in theory, it is possible to get a car's bodyshell in TMP with local mods and "addon hookups". In theory you can model a car of your choice over the TMP's skoda and have only the bodyshell of the XY car showing with the skoda being there underneath the bodyshell of the XY car

the downside are: Only you can see it, it might not fit in terms of proportions and some lights, mirrors and other parts might be clipping oder misplaced

you can create a setup for the trailer shop, if you are configuring to buy one. I have done it before but it was a long time ago

mostly correct. You also need to assign the 3rd trailer (last one) to the correct dolly (2nd dolly) otherwise your game might bug around

Hello! Can someone help me please with interior accessory? I've made dirt texture for windshield but can't understand where to place locator and how to 'attach' it to actual truck windshield to make it visible from inside and outside.

Jeez, i'm spoiled by Bannerlord modding, and the fact how simple it is to make changes and import new models there

ETS/ATS has one of most tedious process of modding i know, where making sightliest changes to models is pain in the butt

That’s easy

You need to do same save editing.
Basically, you change the trailer with the one you want. It’s only replacing the trailer (front or rear trailer, but rear trailer is always better since you don’t need to select a certain chassis with the hook)

TMP does not support SP Mods. Those will get turned off but you can convert your desired SP mod into a local mod. That’s only possible tho if you use the whitelisted slots otherwise, you get kicked
