Also capri I wouldn't joke, our company sometimes does work for gas lines. We've been hired in with a 50t crane to lift pieces of equipment that you can literally lift by yourself. Because they are not allowed to take it down into the excavation and set it onto the pipes.
For a different company.
One time they've hired a hiab like mine to lift something up and onto some scaffold.
The guy walks out, sets this object onto the back of the lorry and says can you lift that up for us?,
But wait. Didn't you just carry that out like it was 10-20kg? Yeah I did but we aren't allowed togo up the scaffold with it.

you can take break time whenever the vehicle is stationary,
i dont do any loading bay work, but if youre not doing anything then you can take a break
aslong as you arent doing work. either load securing, or loading and unloading you can put it on rest

nah, that should be other work. you park up, put it onto other work whilst you undo your straps, then go jump back in the cab, put it on rest and stay in the cab

While i do not approve of phone usage behind the wheel, it is pretty hard to avoid while trucking. Nowadays a lot of information (often crucial) arrives over mobile phones or other similar devices.
And i do want to add that out of all possible things to do with your phone, filming or taking pictures is the least hazardous. You're still looking infront of you and it's usually shorter and far less distracting than texting

Plenty of phones have ways of quicklaunching the camera, and taking pics and filming only requires pointing the camera in the correct direction, so less hazardous than texting for sure. Still not the best of ideas though. Letting focus wander elsewhere is a good way to flatten other people in traffic pretty fast.
That said, filming while barely rolling by on a road you have all to yourself poses minimal risk to anything or anyone.

Nope, it isn't. Research has been done on even talking on the phone using hands-free, and as it turns out, that is pretty much just as dangerous as holding the phone. Anything that takes focus away from the driving poses a hazard.
The only difference is that some things you can do legally, others can cause issues if you are caught.
