but think about it, im 23 driving since febuary
i left my full time job as soon as i passed my class 1
and i sat at home, was looking for job for 2 months
because most of the companies dont want new passes, also insurance is difficult because of age
ideally is 25 y.o or 2 years of experience
about training, i had a mentor driver for 2 weeks, explaining docks, giving me tips and stuff as im hauling containers
after 2 weeks i started on my own from easier deliveries like industrial areas, to busy tight wild london 
and till this day, im covering almost all major uk ports
i was lucky tho, i had some experience in reversing because i used to be shunter for like 2 months, so my current employer gave me a chance
