To be honest, i like how they shift, and the MAN's we had perfomed better than the volvo's we had, from the 7 MAN's we had only one had a gearbox problem, but the rest got a million km without problems, our boss loved volvo, the old FH2 and FH3's all did more than 1.5 million, all the FH4's we have are all going with less than a million cause problems with them

Even a SCANIA P serie or DAF CF, or a Volvo FM has blindspots, even if you have a camera,
I drive a DAF CF, and have a few blindspots, like right in front of me, thier is deadspot for about 1.t meter, same goes for the right side where the pillar and mirror is, and also on the right side from the underside of the window going out you have a blindspot for about 5 to 6 meters next to you, even with the mirror above the sidewindow, since that only can give you so much, same goes for a camera, although, they can/could give you a larger FOV, but they don't take away your blindspots

Never allways trust the camera's no matter how many they are. One mistake as a driver, you might get a courtdate for murdering someone in traffic. It could be a walker or a cyclist.. too many has allready done that mistake

Also other parcel companies do it the same way cause there is just no way you would carry that amount of paperwork

We don't even use a liferschein, we bassicly drive with nothing at all, only a CMR for when we cross the borders, but thats only filled in to the minimum
