Which was apparently scrapped, for obvious reasons

Yo guys I have this issue where whenever I launch the crew motorfest it’s stuck on windowed mode and a certain resolution and whenever I try to change either in settings it crashes and doesent save. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

I have learned that you cannot get a perfectly clean run on a race track with a motorbike as, when you pit, the game will autodrive you through objects. Really, the game doesn't like non-racing bikes on tracks. At all.
