I remember this mod, it was quite high quality, plus it looked more like the Euros that was in GTA SA than the one they ended up adding in GTA 5 which just looks like a copy of the real Z32 300ZX.
It had some liveries inspired by the liveries you could pick for cars in the tuner shop in San Andreas as well, it was super cool. I wish GTA 5 would bring back those classic liveries some way or another.

Tip for GTA 5 players:
Rockstar is spying on you while you're ingame and they sell your personal data including shit like your freemode chat logs. I've had to navigate through a billion pages to ultimately find this button that you can click to "request" rockstar not to sell your personal information (the "Submit Web Ticket" button). This creates a rockstar support ticket titled "Do Not Sell My Personal Information", I've got an (automated) response in less than 24 hours saying I'll be added to their no snitch list. You should do this too.

Context: me and a friend were playing GTA online yesterday, when he randomly said he likes a certain song that was playing on the radio in the car. About an hour later after we quit, I get this EXACT song he named recommended to me on youtube. I do not listen or search for any music like that, and the timing was alarmingly suspicious, so I know this couldn't have been a coincidence. I also have my thick wall of anti-spying and anti-tracking protections, so I knew for a fact this had to have come from Rockstar. I am not a fan of the fact that they spy on you desperately to the point of selling off your freemode chat logs ingame (in a private lobby too mind you). So beware.

fairly recently, Take2 changed, iirc, the EULA for Borderlands 2, turning the whole game into one big piece of spyware.
check the steam reviews for BL2, you'll see it's been review bombed to try and get it off as the changes are illegal in some countries 👍🏻
