but to remake AC3, it would be an even greater effort. But they definitely can make it work and it will sell alot

Because for one: the game is a cyberpunk setting which means it is already a very trendy genre in the media of recent

So that's already putting the game in the right way to make more money

And as you said, they definitely can change up some features and bits of the original to fix plot holes and maybe even enhance character designs and give the game a whole new style with the cutscnees and such

of course, the Ghost in the shell animations are just very very good and high quality

But if they cannot employ their work once again, they could go for other studios which do similarly high qaulity animations

And hehe, as you said, maybe make the character designs a bit more marketable
