Yes ofc people still do small wheels, but look at the leaders in the scene such as Moistboys their entire brand is 90s styling. Kyusha wheels/kaido/bosozoku cars originated in the 80s and peaked in the 90s, it’s a 90s style. And buddy there’s only so much I can do in a game that forces me to have camber, I can’t change that genius.

Those are what, 17s? They’re not a 90s wheel either, that’s a modern take on a 90s style but it’s not 4 lug 14-16in. Those are 5 lug.

Also RB kits look nothing like kaido styling, it’s much boxier and the over fenders are completely different. The closest to RB from the 90s are the Mid Night Porsches though I’d argue they’re closer to RWB. ChargeSpeed, Spirit, BN, those are 90s kits.

Even if they do it nowadays it’s still an 80s style. It originated in the 80s. You have to be the nitpickiest person I’ve ever met dude let people enjoy stuff without feeling like you have to be “right” (you’re objectively wrong) and like terminology has to fit your metric to be accepted.
If you put a ‘72 Nova on Cragars it’s 70s styling. If you put an S13 on Starsharks that’s 90s styling. It’s that simple. There’s a reason why so many brands like Never Content and Lucky Knight use the “90s” terminology so heavily.
It’s not modern styling. End of story.
And if you wanna get into the legality of it by law any vehicle over 25 years is considered a classic, and anything over 50 years is an antique.

What I did to get the right blend was look through community wraps for MP3, go to color picker to select one dial off, press select, then undo the change. It should be in recent colors and styles when you're in the paint menu
