Whenever I log in, my name is shown as "Unknown" and my progress/rank never saves. I have already tried the standard fixes (IPv6, DNS flush, Firewall, Steam file verification), but the log indicates a persistent failure to retrieve my profile data from the backend.

Technical Findings from my Log:
Authentication Failure: The log shows a successful Steam login, but the backend returns empty profile data.
Daily Orders received from the API was Empty or Null!
[OnPostLogin] PlayFabId: B1E423AFC6A2BE88, PlatformId: 76561197961434244, DisplayName: , DiscordId: (Note the empty DisplayName field)
Azure API Error: Repeated Azure API Error Response - Code: 5 when the client attempts to fetch daily orders or sync data.
ICMP Issues: Persistent Ping: Error performing ICMP transmission. Possibly because of a timeout messages.
Steps I've already tried:
Verified Steam game files.
Disabled IPv6 and flushed DNS.
Confirmed Inbound Firewall exceptions are in place.
No VPN
Online in Steam

RAM: 32GB
Game Version: 4.0.9559.30848
Since the log specifically flags a Code 5 Azure Error and a blank DisplayName, is this a known backend sync issue for my specific PlayFabID, or could it be an ISP routing problem to the authentication servers?
Anyone seen this before?
