i can't load in game

whenever i launch the game it freezes and kicks me out
I already have 20 hours on the game what should i do?

Open up your task manager, go to performance and go to your GPU and let me know what the name of the card is

i have the same problem, but i've updated my drivers and the problem still exists

but on windows 10

i also have intel arc graphics

ive done some digging @chilly tree and @upper fog . seems like there is some stuff going on with intel graphics cards with this update. as i find out more ill let you know but as of now theres nothing. https://discord.com/channels/306195621373542400/1479130459161235497 here is the link to another post with the same problem. refleax is taking a look into it. hopefully all gets fixed here shortly
