So from what we can see you need to #📜・appeal-your-mute as you have been banned.

This is something we can not change or alter, the only way to get access is to get this appealed.

Yes, you will not receive a notification as to why you are banned.

But the player will know why they are banned. It is very rare that we undertake bans so they are investigated thoroughly by myself or the team.
