Okay, on your network settings can you run a network test and make sure your NAT is set to open (recommended) or moderate (atleast)
My NAT type says Type 1
Okay. Perfect. Next just check your game update list and make sure you've installed the latest version of the game.

- Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
- Clearing PS5 cache?
- Restarting the network?
I believe I've tried the reinstall. How do I clear the cache?
I looked it up
I'll try that now
- Turn off your PS5 completely.
- Press and hold the power button, releasing it after the second beep to enter Safe Mode.
- Connect your controller with a USB cable and press the PS button.
- Select Option (Clear Cache and Rebuild Database), then choose 'Clear System Software Cache'.
(Do not choose Rebuild Database unless the first option doesn't work, as that takes longer).
I tried both and it's still happening

I have an ethernet cord set up so it should be good
But also I can't reset the internet since I'm on a college campus
Could it be that your college campus WiFi blocks the connection to our servers? Has it worked before?
It's never worked since I bought it so I suppose it's possible
Have you tried connecting using an alternate network? Perhaps your phone's hotspot or something.
I can try the Hotspot later when I'm back to my dorm cause I've only tried the campuses wifi
