Hi there mate, sorry to hear this. What FPS are you getting in-game exactly?

Additionally, have you checked your video settings to confirm it is configured correctly? (ie utilising the correct graphics card, and not integrated etc)

Yeah I’m just struggling to understand how it’s possible that you run the game poorly with those specs, because it should certainly run smoothly at the highest settings

Is it possible that your game is running on the wrong graphics card?

ie it’s using the integrated graphics card

You need to work with me here or you’re going to continue to have the same issues chief.

In the next major update there will be some tweaks to optimisation as well, that doesn’t mean that it will fix the problem you’re having which I am trying to help you with specifically.

I know nobody asked for my opinion but I'm going to share it anyway
I have ran HF fine on my xbox which is absolutely battered (only have crashed once in a full pop NA server)
From what I can tell it should be running fine for you I don't know why it would be running low FPS

Okay when you are able to can you just start by checking my initial suggestion of checking you’re using the correct graphics card when running the game and get back to me.

I don’t believe the issue you’re describing is due to the game optimisation, otherwise this would be a universal issue for people with your specs, which are above and beyond what is required to run the game smoothly

WIN 10/11 - Device Manager

  • ​Press Windows Key + X and select Device Manager.
  • ​Expand the display adapters category.
  • ​Your integrated graphics will typically be listed as Intel HD graphics, Intel UHD graphics, or AMD Radeon graphics.

If you have two adapters listed, the one with the Intel or simpler AMD name is usually the integrated one.

So yeah like Ted said I don't understand how it’s possible that you are running the game poorly with those specs - if the issue remains then you shall have to wait until the 18th October, 2025 where our Community Manager will be able to voice call you directly & share screens so he can further assist you (if needed) when he returns from his holiday.
