So this is my fifth time of playing game and I’m at the yard trying to go to maximum security and in order to open the door to maximum security you need to use the decoder but for some reason I can’t grab it I have already “knocked out” the enemies but still can’t grab the door please and thank you

Even with the new update the bug seems to still be there, I don’t know why but after a little bit of waiting with the first time I encountered the glitch it just worked again so maybe I have to do the same? I really don’t know so please fix this
