I only have 3 collectibles to go. I've found all of the rat maps, but these 3 collectibles aren't showing up on my map.
The radios are in the 3rd row down from the top. At least one is in Maximum Security, the other could be Maximum Security or Administration.
Honestly I mostly need help with the echo, I can run around looking for the radios. More excuses to beat some dudes up
