#Can't host a private server?

trying to mod the game through kyber but im not too fussed on joining servers, just testing mods in my own server with bots. The official servers work fine, but every time I go to host my own Im met with a black screen that lasts ages until it eventually just closes and im back to square one. I've tried the suggested fixes like disabling DX12, NVIDEA overlay etc but no luck. Any ideas?
