Loading getting stuck

Trying to load into a server, but I get stuck getting into the game itself, the loading icon in the corner disappears, and I can hear the games sound effects, I can hear the Announcer voice lines, and I can hear the trooper menu sound effects, but Im stuck looking at the loading screen unable to play

What server are you playing on?

Are you using any cosmetic mods?

I was playing Galactic Assault NA, and I have no Cosmetics

Go into Logs and Activity -> Export Logs and send them here

Okay, I forgot that I can't read zip files on my phone, can you extract the Kyber Log file from inside and send it here?

It looks like it was still loading and you killed it during loading

I could hear the game playing in the back though, and Ive sat there for several minutes before I closed it

Look at the console window while waiting to see if anything is happening
