Bots dissappear and Settings reset

Im playing with BF Expanded Kyber edition and a few minutes after i set the bots difficulty and count to something it applies for a short period of time but then resets. im playing supremecy and when i board the enemys ship the bots dissappear entirely and i cant readd them except like 2 or 3. idk what im doing wrong

Bots don't work on the ship phase with BFE

That's just how it is
BFE uses IOI V5 and bots don't work on the ship phase there
