#Cant get all mods?

Missing some mods for the 24/7 HvV mode, I clicked "download all" like 3 times and its giving me the error that 21/22 of them cant be done

I try to type them in manuallly but they dont pop up

Do I need to go on nexus mods site and manually put them in a folder?
