Launcher Wont Open

I tried this already still no luck, let me try again.

Yea... still no luck, I can see Kyber Launcher in my background applications after I launch but can't get it to open properly.

Closing is using task manager doesn't help?

No even if I close and reopen it just launches into background applications again

Nope, only the 1.
