IPv6 is disabled and I have made exclusions with folders C: \Program Files (x86) \KYBER as well as C: \ Users %USERNAME% \AppData\Roaming\ArmchairDevelopers. So please do not come in and tell me to add exclusions or disable IPv6, as this has already been done and the same issues persist.

Add exclusions in Windows Security and your antivirus for:
C:\Program Files (x86)\KYBER Launcher
C:\Users\ %username%\AppData\Roaming\ArmchairDevelopers

It’s not really recommended but you can try running as admin
