Try making the following folders exclusions in your anti-virus:

C:\Program Files (x86)\KYBER Launcher

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\ArmchairDevelopers

To do so, go here in your Windows settings: Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Security -> Virus & Threat Protection -> Manage Settings -> Add or Remove Exclusions

im pretty sure that is not the issue since the kyber launcher did work at first. He then could not join any server "kicked by kyber .... " error, and now its this error

but i will ask him to try that

i fix it. I just change DNS to:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
