For everyone getting this error:
I followed the usual advice of adding antivirus exlcusions and disabling IPv6 (Which can be found at the end of this post)
BUT ALSO: Make sure you run Kyber Launcher as an Administrator. That's what actually fixed it for me

I would like to clarify one thing about this. If running administrator mode fixes this issue, that is great, however it can also break other functions of the launcher, notably drag and drop. So if you notice a function of KYBER is not working for you, it may be administrator mode being enabled.
