Note that whenever I try to launch the vanilla game in offline mode, this pops up. But I'm able to launch the vanilla game in offline mode after going online and launching it, But whenever I try to use Kyber, this liscense issue is brought up again.

Launch the game online in steam and make ea app online, then close it and try launching Kyber again. Ea app will automatically switch to offline

Launch the game again from Kyber

Usually if you play vanilla and then want to play Kyber, you'll have to launch the game from Kyber twice, if you have mods applied

You can try uninstalling then reinstalling a clean version of the EA app.
