I just fixed it on my end by running Kyber as Administrator 👍🏻

Could you go to Settings > Logs & Activity and enable Launcher Debug Mode, try starting the game again, export your logs again and then DM me your logs?

Did you ever edit your bf2 exe so that it requires administrator permissions to run?
