Error with maxima

Hello,

I apologise for bothering you, but I have a problem: as soon as I click on EA sign in, I get a maxima error message.

I thought it was a corrupted file, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but I still get the same error.

hi, close the launcher, open a command prompt as admin, and run

sc delete MaximaBackgroundService

and retry

I get an access denied message after typing the command and pressing Enter.

Do sc stop MaximaBackgroundService first and then do sc delete MaximaBackgroundService.

I think I have a bit of a problem because when I validate the command sc stop MaximaBackgroundService

it gives me the following message:

[SC] ControlService failure(s) 1062:

The service was not started.

Thank you for your help. I don't know what happened to fix it, because this morning I tried to restart Kyber after turning on my PC. And then it started working.
