Other than Windows Defender. I don't think that blocks the installation of KYBER.

Odd. The download link definitely works, but clearly it's not an antivirus issue.
The browser I use is Firefox if that is another one that you want to try.

All I had to do was go to the browser settings and let discord allow insecure links. Thank you master
