Unknown DIO Error

Does anyone know how to fix the "Unknown dio error"? I have a friend that is unable to play on kyber because everytime he tries to launch the game it gives him this error

Have them try deleting the following folder:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\ArmchairDevelopers\Kyber\Launcher\Downloads

Only delete the downloads folder found there, nothing else.

Not sure what else to do then.

Maybe try closing KYBER and deleting the following file:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\ArmchairDevelopers\Kyber\Launcher\dio_nexus_cache.hive
