It looks like you're logged in with the wrong account. The EA ID you posted is different from the one it says in the launcher

Make sure your account is linked to your patreon too

Try waiting a little while. it could be an issue on patreon's servers or on kyber's servers. if it's still happening in like 4 hours maybe try restarting your computer?
